Lancine Bentley graduated from the University of North Texas in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and works as the Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Northlake. She has served in various capacities in municipal government: executive director, zoning and code enforcement manager, assistant to the city manager and served briefly as an interim city manager. Her governmental career focus has been in the areas of economic and community development. She is currently serving a 3-year term as a director on the North Central Texas Council of Governments Economic Development Board. She has been honored by Keep Texas Beautiful and the Fort Worth Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women for outstanding community work.
