Beyond Service: From Recipient to Leader

John Seale is the US Director for Ndoto: For Africa's Future.  A Dallas native, John has spent his career in nonprofit work, including at his church, eight years at a local community development organization, and now on the Ndoto team full-time since 2017.  John has been lifelong friends with Ndoto's founder, and was part of the volunteer team that founded Ndoto as a 501(c)(3) in 2009.  He has made 17 trips to Kenya since 2006.  He has a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.  John lives in Dallas with his wife, Katie, who is a worship leader, son Daniel, and daughter Hannah.

Michael Omondi is the Kenya Director for Ndoto: For Africa's Future.  Born and raised in slum communities in Kisumu and Nairobi, Kenya, Michael was an early part of Ndoto's ministry and one of the first recipients of an Ndoto sponsorship.  He has been on Ndoto's Kenya staff since 2011 and planted Ndoto Community Church in 2014.  Michael is now married to Ndoto's founder, Allison Schlack, and has three beautiful children, Michaela, Judah, and Jeremiah, all born in Kenya.  They moved to the US in 2025 to work for Ndoto from this side.  Michael has a Bachelor's in theology from Kenya Highlands Evangelical University and a Master's in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University.
