Improving Educational Opportunities for Children in Poverty

Laurel Schell has been volunteering with Amarok Society since learning about the organization in 2019. She has been involved with content development, social media campaigns, and communications. Besides her work for Amarok Society, Laurel is a doula and childbirth educator, and an advocate for accessible and affordable birth support for all women. She is also an actor, writer, and theatre creator, who has performed on stages across Canada.
